OVERVIEW
Right of Withdrawal (Right to Cancel)
As a consumer, you have the right to a 14-day withdrawal period from the day you receive your order, according to the law on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying World Top Sport Aktiebolag within 14 days of receiving the ordered product (the withdrawal period).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened packages due to health and hygiene reasons.
If the product is in a deteriorated condition upon return, we will deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the decreased value of the product.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping. Since you are responsible for the product until we receive it, it is important that the product is well-packaged. The product must be sent or returned within two weeks from the date of notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal to World Top Sport Aktiebolag.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
We charge a fee of 150 SEK for orders that are not collected from the designated postal agent. The fee covers return shipping, handling, and administration costs.
WARRANTY
Our lifetime warranty only applies to leakage or other obvious defects in the product's stainless parts, not damages caused by external forces, for example.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Contact Customer Service
Send an email to info@metalshaker.com and provide your order number.
2. Package the Return Securely and with Appropriate Fillers
The packing slip should be included in the package, and it should be sealed properly with tape. Write our return address on the package:

3. Send the Package Back
We recommend using DHL at your nearest agent / pickup location.
REFUND
Once we have received and approved your return, your money will be refunded to the same account you used for payment, within 14 days from the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
